The Harvest Fest is the first arts market event to occur at Central Place Plaza, Rosslyn’s newest outdoor public plaza between N. Lynn Street and N. Moore Street above the Metro.  The Festival will run from 4 PM to 10 PM on Friday night and from 10 AM to 5 PM on Saturday.  The event features art, live music, food, and a beer garden.  Rosslyn continues to attract families, young professionals and community members from the area.
 
The event will attract hundreds of shoppers and patrons eager to find unique crafts, gifts and specialty food items. The marketplace will also feature entertainment on the stage in the evening and during the day and family programming.  A beer garden and surrounding restaurants will compliment the event hosted by the Rosslyn Business Improvement District (BID). The plaza is located above the Rosslyn Metro Station which serves the blue and orange lines. Street and garage parking is also available nearby.

 



LOCATION:       Central Place, 1900 N. Lynn St. Rosslyn VA. The new plaza is directly at the Rosltyn Metro entrance and the public space between a brand new residential tower and seperate office tower. 

EXHIBITORS:     This is a juried arts market intended to feature a diverse display of unique exhibitors.  Products of interest include: art, craft, textiles, handmade jewelry, beauty/bath, furnishings, collectibles and other local and handcrafted products. Only pre-approved products will be allowed to be displayed. DMM reserves the right to restrict or reject any exhibitor with products deemed unsuitable.  Pictures of product will be required for application acceptance. 

SPACES:     The market area accommodates 20 exhibitors with 10x10 spaces or larger. Exhibitors provide their own tents.

FEES:      A non-refundable one-time application fee of $20 is due with the application.  Space fees are $45 for a 10x10 spot and $100 for a 10x20.  Electricity will be available.      

DATES:  The Friday night market will occur from 4-10pm. The Saturday market will be from 10-5pm.  Exhibitors can apply for either one or both dates to participate.

ACCEPTANCE:   Qualified exhibitors will be notified of acceptance and total amount due. 

LOADING:  A loading area will be adjacent to the market area.  Exhibitor parking is adjacent to the Market space and in the underground garage below the market space.  

SALES TAX:   Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting and reporting VA Sales Tax.
