When and where is the Downtown Holiday Market

The 2009 Downtown Holiday Market takes place from December 4 through Dec 23 and will be on the wide sidewalk of F Street NW between 7th and 9th Streets.

How do I apply for the event?
|
|
Apply online through the Exhibitor Log -In page, after you have read all the informationat the Events page. New exhibitors must first create a profile. Then with user name and password you may proceed through the application. You will select a category of the type of product you sell, pick dates you would like to participate on and upload 3 images of your products you would like to sell and 1 image of your booth display. You will then opt to pay the application fee of $35 by paypal or by mailing a check.

The deadline for applications is August 31. If accepted, the deadline to pay and confirm your participation is September 25.

How much is a space? How many days can I participate?
|
|
All booth spaces are $150 per day. You may apply for as many or as few dates as you like. However, preference is for exhibitors to particpate for only one block of time. There are 3 specific segments and 3 weekends that are optimal particpation dates.
Segment 1, is 6 days at the opening of the show. Fri 12/4- Wed 12/9. Includes early load-in on 12/3
Segment 2 is 7 days in the middle of the show . Thu 12/10- Wed 12/16.
Segment 3 is 7 days at the end of the show. Thu 12/17- Wed 12/23.
