2010 Antique Photo Show Contract  

TWENTY-SEVENTH ANNUAL DC Antique Photographic Image Show! NO CAMERAS!  Sunday 14 March, 2010.  The #1 antique photographic image show in the USA.

EVENT HOURS:
Advertised hours for the market will be 10 AM - 4 PM.

LOCATION:    Rosslyn Ballroom, Holiday Inn Rosslyn/Key Bridge, 1900 N. Ft Myer Dr., Arlington VA 22209  (703) 807-2000.  "At the Key Bridge opposite Georgetown."  Three blocks north of US 50 "Rosslyn" exit.  I-66 E exit 73 "Rosslyn/Key Bridge," go right at light on N. Nash St; immediate left into hotel parking garage.  

EXHIBITORS:    Dealers selling antique photo imagery, including Daguerreotypes, CDVs, stereoviews, lantern slides, tintypes, postcards, albums, movie stills, press photos and related.  No camera dealers or contemporary photographs.  Exhibitor agrees to guarantee the genuineness of all items sold.

SPACES/FEE:   6' ft. tables.  $110, per table.  Exhibitors are allowed one assistant, who should be an actual assistant during the show. Non-collecting relatives, children, and guests of the exhibitor will be admitted by the show manager on a discretionary basis. EXHIBITOR AGREES NOT TO BRING COLLECTORS/DEALERS SEEKING EARLY ADMISSION IN AS "ASSISTANTS."

PUBLIC:   $20 preview admission 8:30-10 AM; $5 general admission 10 A.M. to 4 PM close.  

SET UP:   Exhibitor Setup 7:30 AM-8:30 AM. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 7:30 AM!  YOU ARE REQUESTED NOT TO BEGIN PACKING BEFORE 3 PM.

 

TAX:   VA sales tax is 5.0%, forms will be provided at show.

  

LOADING:   You can unload Sunday morning from top level of parking garage.  Van clearance is a tight 6' 6".
